Johannesburg Office Market Overview Q3 2017


​Johannesburg recorded an improved vacancy rate of 12.6% in Q3 2017, compared to the 13.3% recorded in the previous quarter, with Sandton, Rosebank Woodmead and Bryanston having the largest positive impact on the overall decline. Johannesburg continues to dominate national office development accounting for 74% of ongoing developments.
