JLL advises on the sale of the largest integrated logistics facility in Africa

JLL, through its Capital Markets division in South Africa, advises on the sale of the DSV Campus in Johannesburg, the largest integrated logistics facility in Africa.

Pepler Sandri, Director, Capital Markets at JLL South Africa, said: “We are delighted to have acted as the sell-side broker for DSV in their successful sale of the DSV Campus to a Joint Venture between Equites Property Fund and the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund.”

The 39-hectare DSV Park Gauteng Campus is located in Plumbago, near the O.R. Tambo International Airport, and consists of 142 129 m² of gross lettable area. The facility is the biggest logistics centre in Africa and took nearly two years to build. The space is divided into 87 000 m² of modern logistics warehousing with 14 m eave height, 40 000 m² of cross dock warehousing with 9 m eaves, and 10 500 m² of 3 story premium grade office space.
